WHAT WE DO
Three core principles underpin our approach; ‘Co-create’ ‘Assemble‘ and ‘Curate‘.
We ‘Create’ and ‘Co-create’ bespoke learning and outreach programmes, custom-made to the people, place and context. We design tailored tools to enable varied, experiential learning, creative outputs and rigorous evaluations. Where appropriate we facilitate truly collaborative co-creation processes that share power between different stakeholders including young people.
We ‘Assemble’ inclusive, inspirational professionals and creatives with aspiring young people and communities from diverse backgrounds in spaces they may not have experienced before. In order to raise awareness through access, learning through experience and recognition in others. We facilitate briefing and guides to enable professionals and volunteers to play to their strengths.
We ‘Curate’ bespoke trails and walking tours, games, toolkits, films, research, events, festivals, online resources, exhibitions and websites. Making creativity, architecture and heritage accessible for all ages in formats tailored to the audience and context
