HOW WE WORK
Our process is grounded in the ambition to positively engage with children, young people, youth and adults from all backgrounds.
Our working process is collaborative, with clients, partners, young people, stakeholders and volunteers. We conduct thorough research and evaluation of any given context, content, stakeholders. We apply our knowledge of curriculum, learning styles and techniques.
Our process is exploratory, creative and playful. We often put young people at the centre of programmes and celebrate their perspective, using their viewpoint and interests as starting points from which to explore newfound knowledge.
Our methodology ensures that we develop long lasting and embedded learning skills and knowledge for children, young people and communities across our programmes. We have forged strong relationships with collaborators, clients, schools and volunteers. We listen and learn from these trusted relationships allowing us to refine and evolve our work.
